Why is it that even with the same techniques, some therapists make clients want to return, while others don't?

I believe the difference is not just in technology,

I believe it depends on the quality of the people you interact with .

Of course, technology is important.

To study anatomy.
Understanding the direction of muscle fibers.

Knowing the origin and insertion points of muscles.
Understanding the structure of the human body.

These form the foundation necessary for a therapist.

However, no matter how much knowledge you acquire or how much you refine your techniques, there are areas that you simply cannot reach.

Because a person is not only touched by the "hand," but through that hand, they are touched as a person.

The practitioner,
"I want to do something to help."
"We need to get rid of this hardness."
"We must bring about change."

The more you think that way, the more tension can build up in your body without you even realizing it.

Conversely, when the therapist feels safe, surrenders, and trusts the body in front of them, that sense of security is conveyed through their touch.

The body cannot be changed by being ordered to do so.

I believe that when a safe and secure environment is established, one's inherent abilities naturally begin to work.

Therefore, I
"They don't try to fix it."
"Don't try to solve things by force."
That is something we value.

That doesn't mean doing nothing.

Observe the body closely,
Touch only what is necessary, as much as is necessary.
Creating the conditions necessary for the body itself to change.

The role of a therapist is not to cause change, but to create an environment in which change can occur.

And I believe that the most important factor in achieving that is the quality of the people involved .

Technology can be learned.

You can also increase your knowledge.

But, it's about having respect for the other person.
Being in order within oneself.
Trusting and entrusting things to the person in front of you.

These things are nurtured little by little through our daily lives.

I want to do more than just acquire skills,
I want to train therapists who can make clients feel, "I'm so glad I was touched by this person."

Therefore, I want to continue to convey the important things that lie beyond technology.
