The crucial difference between technology that can be imitated and technology that cannot be replicated.
At EAO
I share some technical videos on social media.
So I was worried
I'm sometimes asked, "Won't people copy me?"
Certainly, you can imitate the form.
The flow of the stroke, the body position, and the procedure
But if your weight isn't on it
(Just riding on it isn't enough; the way you entrust yourself to it is important.) It may seem like you're just touching it, but in reality, you're just pressing on it.
If your body's support is unstable, even though you may feel like you're in close contact, tension is transmitted to your nerves.
Even if you feel like you're moving slowly, if your breathing is stopped, your body's defenses are still active deep inside.
Classic Swedish is not a technique that simply traces the movement of the surface.
The practitioner's physical structure, center of gravity design, the clarity of touch pressure , the precision of oil quantity , and the atmosphere in which the client unconsciously "surrenders" to the practitioner.
Only when all of these factors are aligned does the deep tissue begin to relax.
Therefore, even if you feel like you can do it after watching a video, your body often rejects it in real-world situations .
What's truly frightening is being unable to realize what you're not doing right .
Technique is not the ability to reproduce a form, but the ability to continuously change your touch while sensing the body's reactions .
Only when you reach that point do you enter a world where "the same movements somehow produce different results."
Deeply relaxing treatments can only be achieved through a long history of body education.
It's not about how it looks, but whether your body naturally relaxes when you touch it .
That's where the authenticity of something really shines through.
