The body isn't broken; it's just detached from its essence.
In recent years,
As I continued to learn about various fields, one thing became perfectly clear to me.
There are truly many treatment options available in this world.
Anatomy, Physical Therapy, Genetics, Nutrition, Gut Microbiome, Exercise Therapy, Psychotherapy
They are all important and each has meaning.
However, no matter how many of them you add up
If you don't address the essence of the problem, your body will try to revert to its original state.
This feeling quietly transformed into a conviction over many years of working on the front lines.
The human body is not inherently designed to break down.
Rather, it constantly tries to restore itself, constantly tries to recover, and constantly tries to return to its original state.
We are born with mechanisms such as "natural healing power" and "homeostasis."
That's why malfunctions occur
It's not that something is missing, nor is it that something is broken.
I think it's just slightly out of its original state.
And interestingly, even if you don't understand the root cause of that "discrepancy," your body (brain) knows exactly what it is.
The body is under strain in certain areas, and there are reasons for the continued tension and underlying reasons for trying to protect itself.
I'm sensing everything.
But in modern times, there is too much external information.
People have come to trust theories and correct answers more than the voice of their own bodies.
As a result, the path to recovery that you actually know becomes invisible.
Therefore, in both treatment and education
From "Changing Something"
My top priority is helping people regain the ability to recover on their own.
Recovery is not something that can be caused by actions, but rather a phenomenon that occurs naturally when the conditions are met.
Perhaps malfunctions aren't warnings from the body, but rather signals to return to our true selves.
