My first encounter with Swedish massage was when I went as a customer to a salon run by a graduate of the school where I received a treatment.

Unlike the aromatherapy treatments I'd received before, this one didn't just provide temporary relief; my body felt relaxed for days, and I even felt more positive mentally.
"I didn't know such a treatment existed! I want to learn it too," that thought was what inspired me to study Swedish massage.

When I actually went for a trial lesson, I felt a sense of reassurance from the instructor's personality and the treatment itself, and that was a major deciding factor in my decision to choose this place to learn.

However, I was also worried about whether I could do it, so I first signed up for a one-day lesson.

In other schools I've attended, I was taught that "you can't just use your hands for treatment," but I never had the opportunity to be clearly taught how to use my body. However, here I was deeply impressed by how thoroughly they taught me how to use my body.

The lessons were so enjoyable that I thought, "I'll regret it if I don't learn here," and so I enrolled in this school.

Since I started going there regularly, I've found it very helpful because they carefully observe my treatments each time and give me feedback on areas for improvement and what I'm doing well on the spot.

In particular, I feel that I've learned not only about technique but also about the importance of "how to be a therapist," and I've even learned how to interact with clients.

I've gained more confidence in my treatments, and I'm increasingly hearing comments from clients like, "That felt great," and "I fell asleep."

I am truly grateful to have met my instructor and to have found this school, as I learned not only technical skills but also important things about being a therapist.
